- 6 ripe Mangoes, diced
- 1 1/2 cups chopped Red Onion
- 3/4 cup chopped fresh Cilantro
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp Salt (to taste)
- 2 to 3 limes, juiced (to taste)
- 1 to 2 tsp Cool Runnings hot pepper sauce
1. In a large bowl, mix together the diced mangoes, chopped red onions and chopped cilantro.
2. Stir in the salt, fresh lime juice and hot sauce. Taste the salsa and adjust to your liking. Serve and enjoy!
