- 500g chicken wings
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp. Cool Runnings all purpose seasoning
- 2 tbsp. Cool Runnings hot jerk seasoning sauce (your choice of spice level)
- 2 tbsp. honey

Directions
1. Clean chicken wings with lemon juice and pat dry. In a bowl, mix chicken with jerk seasoning sauce, all-purpose seasoning, and black pepper. Cover and marinate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best flavor.
2. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Place marinated wings on a baking dish and drizzle with oil. Bake for 35 minutes, flipping halfway through
3. Remove wings from the oven, drain excess juices, and brush with honey. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until caramelized and sticky.
4. For extra crispiness, broil for 2-3 minutes, watching carefully to avoid burning.
5. Let wings rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy with festivals or your favorite sides.
