Ingredients
- 2 lbs large shrimp or prawns (21-25 per pound), peeled and deveined
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp brown sugar, packed
- 2 tbsp fresh minced garlic
- 2 tbsp of British Class lemon juice
- 2 tsp of Cool Runnings paprika
- 2 tsp of Cool Runnings garlic, pepper, and herbs
- 2 tsp dried basil leaves
- ½ tsp of Cool Runnings ground black pepper




Directions
1. In a bowl, mix together the paprika, garlic, garlic pepper, herbs, lemon juice, olive oil, black pepper, basil, and brown sugar until well combined.
2. Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat evenly in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to let the flavours soak in.
3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates.
4. Remove the shrimp from the marinade and discard any excess liquid.
5. Grill the shrimp for 5–6 minutes, turning once, until fully cooked and the flesh turns opaque.
6. Remove from the grill and serve immediately.
