Ingredients
- 20 jumbo pasta shells
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 2 cups spinach, chopped
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 teaspoon Cool Runnings all natural all purpose seasoning
- ½ teaspoon Cool Runnings black pepper ground
- ½ teaspoon Cool Runnings garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon Cool Runnings onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Cool Runnings basil leaf
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish and spread 1 cup of marinara sauce on the bottom.
2. Cook pasta shells according to package directions until al dente. Drain and drizzle with olive oil to prevent sticking.
3. In a large bowl, combine ricotta, half of the mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, spinach, Cool Runnings All Natural All Purpose Seasoning, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, and Dried Basil. Mix until well combined.
4. Spoon the cheese mixture into each shell and arrange them in the prepared baking dish.
5. Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the shells and sprinkle the top with the remaining mozzarella.
6. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10–15 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden.
7. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
