Ingredients
- 4 fish fillets (snapper, tilapia, or cod work well)
- 2 Tbsp Cool Runnings Caribbean spice and roasted garlic
- 1 Tbsp lime juice
- 2 Tbsp cooking oil
- 1 Tbsp butter
- Salt to taste
- Lime wedges for serving
Directions
1. Pat fish fillets dry and season both sides with Caribbean Spice Seasoning, a pinch of salt, and lime juice. Let rest for 5 minutes.
2. Heat oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
3. Place the fish fillets in the pan and sear for about 3–4 minutes per side, or until golden and cooked through.
4. Remove from heat and squeeze fresh lime over the top.
5. Serve immediately with rice, asparagus or a side salad.
