Ingredients
- 1 lb beef (flank steak or sirloin), thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp Cool Runnings hot pepper sauce
- 2 tbsp Cool Runnings premium soy sauce
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar (for brightness)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving


Directions
1. In a bowl, mix Cool Runnings Hot Pepper Sauce, Soy Sauce, brown sugar, and cornstarch until dissolved.
2. Add sliced beef, toss to coat, and marinate for 30–60 minutes.
3. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a skillet over medium-high.
4. Stir-fry beef in batches for 1–2 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
5. In the same skillet, stir-fry onion, bell pepper, and garlic for 2–3 minutes until tender-crisp.
6. Return beef to skillet, add vinegar, and stir-fry 1–2 more minutes. Season to taste.
7. Serve over rice or noodles.
