- 1 pack macaroni (8 oz.)
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups grated cheese
- 1½ cups Cool Runnings evaporated milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. white pepper
1. Boil macaroni in salted water until tender; drain.
2. Beat eggs until fluffy.
3. Combine macaroni, eggs, cheese, milk, salt and pepper.
4. Pour in a greased baking dish and bake at 350°F until firm (approx. 30 minutes).
