Ingredients
- 4 cups Cool Runnings coconut milk
- 2 cans Cool Runnings condensed milk (14 oz. each)
- 2 lbs. granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp. or 1 oz. margarine
- pinch of salt
Directions
1. Combine coconut milk, condensed milk, salt and sugar; cook to a soft ball stage.
2. Remove from heat and beat in margarine until candy loses its gloss (electric beater optional).
3. Pour in a greased pan.
4. Cool and cut into small 1-inch squares to serve. Store remaining fudge in an airtight container for up to a week.
