Ingredients

Directions
1. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and pat them dry.

2. In a bowl, mix together the jerk seasoning sauce, all purpose seasoning, golden sugar, and lime juice.

3. Rub the marinade evenly over both sides of the ribs.

4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight for best flavor.

5. Preheat the grill to medium low. If using charcoal, set it up for indirect cooking with the coals on one side.

6. Wrap the ribs in foil and place them on the grill. Cook for 45 minutes to 1 hour until the meat is tender.

7. Remove the foil and place the ribs directly over the heat. Grill for 10 to 15 minutes, turning occasionally until lightly charred.

8. Let the ribs rest for 5 minutes before slicing between the bones. Serve hot and enjoy!
