BBQ Honey Mustard Chicken

Ingredients

Directions
1. Score the cleaned chicken legs to allow the marinade to absorb better.

2. In a bowl, toss the chicken with ½ cup of Cool Runnings BBQ Honey Mustard Sauce. Cover and let marinate in the fridge for about 2 hours.

3. Preheat the oven to 375°F.

Lightly spray a baking pan with oil. Place the marinated chicken in the pan and sprinkle with Cool Runnings Ground Black Pepper to taste.

5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.

6. Remove the chicken from the oven and generously brush with the remaining ½ cup (or more) of BBQ sauce.

7. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of at least 165°F.

8. Serve hot and enjoy.
