Ingredients
- 2 lb russet potatoes (about 6 medium potatoes), sliced
- 2 tbsp Cool Runnings garlic, pepper & herbs seasoning
- ¼ cup olive oil
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Place potatoes in a colander and rinse them until water comes clear.
3. In a bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil and Cool Runnings Garlic, Pepper & Herbs Seasoning.
4. Line a baking tray with foil or use a silicone baking mat.
5. Bake it in the oven for about 35 minutes, or until crispy.
