Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- ¼ cup Cool Runnings Cool Runnings jerk seasoning (Hot)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp lime juice, plus more for serving
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 tsp soy sauce (optional, for extra depth)
- 1 green onion, chopped (for garnish)

Directions
1. In a bowl, mix Cool Runnings Jerk Seasoning Sauce, honey, lime juice, garlic powder, black pepper, salt, and soy sauce (if using). Add shrimp and toss to coat. Let marinate for at least 20 minutes.
2. Heat a pan over medium-high heat and add vegetable oil.
3. Remove shrimp from the marinade, shaking off excess. Reserve some marinade for later.
4. Add shrimp to the pan in a single layer and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until fully cooked and slightly caramelized. Lower heat to medium if the honey starts to burn.
5. In the last 30 seconds, brush the reserved marinade over the shrimp for extra flavor.
6. Remove from heat and serve hot with rice, grilled veggies or a fresh salad.
