Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp Cool Runnings Jerk seasoning (Hot)
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup sliced tomatoes
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt to taste

Directions
1. Slice the chicken breasts into thin strips. In a bowl, mix the chicken strips with Cool Runnings Jerk Seasoning Sauce (Hot) and let marinate for at least 30 minutes, or overnight for best results.
2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the marinated chicken for 6–8 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through and lightly charred.
3. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise with lime juice and a pinch of salt to make a quick citrus mayo.
4. Warm tortillas slightly in a dry pan or microwave for 10–15 seconds to make them pliable.
5. Spread a spoonful of citrus mayo on each tortilla, then layer with lettuce, tomato, red onion, and avocado. Add cooked jerk chicken on top and roll the tortilla tightly into a wrap.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
