Jerk BBQ Wings

1. Clean, wash, and pat dry chicken wings. Leave the skin on for juicy, tender wings.

2. Place wings in a resealable bag with 75 ml of Cool Runnings Jerk Barbeque Sauce. Remove as much air as possible and refrigerate to marinate for at least 2 hours.

3. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper and lightly grease with British Class Coconut Oil.

4. Arrange wings skin-side up in a single layer. Bake for 20 minutes. Flip the wings and bake another 20 minutes.

5. Brush both sides with half of the remaining 125 ml of sauce and bake for 10 more minutes.

6. Flip, brush with the rest of the sauce, and bake an additional 5–10 minutes, until the sauce is caramelized and wings reach an internal temperature of at least 165°F.

7. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
