Creamy Herbs Chicken

Directions
1. Season chicken breasts with onion powder, garlic powder, herbs, salt, and pepper.

2. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for about 5 minutes per side, until cooked through. Transfer to a plate.

3. In the same skillet, add 2 teaspoons of oil. Sauté garlic, parsley, thyme, and rosemary for 1 minute until fragrant.

4. Stir in milk or cream and season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, then stir in cornstarch mixture until the sauce thickens slightly. Simmer for 1 more minute.

5. Return chicken to the pan and coat with sauce. Sprinkle with extra herbs if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy.
