Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp Cool Runnings garlic, pepper & herbs
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Cool Runnings all natural all purpose seasoning
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Directions
1. Season chicken breasts on both sides with salt, pepper, and Cool Runnings Garlic Pepper and Herbs Seasoning.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add chicken breasts and cook 5 to 6 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove chicken and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add butter and garlic. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
4. Stir in chicken broth and simmer for 2 minutes, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan.
5. Lower the heat and stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and Cool Runnings All Natural All Purpose Seasoning. Simmer for 3 to 4 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
6. Return chicken to the skillet and spoon sauce over the top. Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes to warm through.
7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot with rice, pasta, or vegetables.
