Ingredients
- 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into small florets
- 4 tbsp Cool Runnings barbecue honey mustard sauce, divided
- 1 tbsp Mekong premium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp Cool Runnings all purpose seasoning
- 1/2 tsp Cool Runnings black pepper ground
- 1/2 cup shredded cabbage (purple or green)
- 1/4 cup thin-sliced cucumber
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 8–10 butter lettuce leaves (or romaine hearts)
- Optional garnish: chopped cilantro, sesame seeds, lime wedges




Directions
1. Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with Cool Runnings Honey Barbecue Sauce, soy sauce, oil, all purpose seasoning, paprika, and black pepper. Spread evenly on the baking sheet.
3. Roast for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway, until cauliflower is tender with crisp edges.
4. In a small bowl, mix cabbage, carrots, green onions, and lime juice for a simple slaw.
5. Assemble wraps by placing a spoonful of slaw in each lettuce leaf, topping with roasted cauliflower, and drizzling with a little extra Honey Barbecue Sauce.
6. Garnish with cilantro, sesame seeds, and lime wedges if desired. Serve immediately.
