Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas
- 1 ½ cups whole milk (or Cool Runnings coconut milk for a dairy-free option)
- ½ cup Cool Runnings sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp Cool Runnings Banana flvouring
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for extra sweetness)
- A pinch of salt



Directions
1. Peel the ripe bananas and add them to a blender with milk, sweetened condensed milk, banana extract, and a pinch of salt.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy. Taste and add honey or maple syrup if desired.
3. Pour the mixture evenly into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top to allow for expansion.
4. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 6 hours, or overnight, until completely solid.
5. To release the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the mold for a few seconds, then gently pull them out and enjoy!
