Honey Hot Wings

Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C). Line a large baking sheet with foil. Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels and transfer them to a large bowl.

2. Add the baking powder, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder. Toss until the wings are evenly coated. Arrange the wings in a single layer on the baking sheet.

3. Bake for 20 minutes. Flip the wings and continue baking for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the skin is crispy and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

4. While the wings are baking, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Stir in the honey, hot pepper sauce, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 1 minute, then remove from the heat.

5. Transfer the hot wings to a large bowl. Pour the honey hot sauce over the wings and toss until evenly coated.

6. Arrange on a serving platter and serve immediately!
